The bagels were good, and the store was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. I came in early Tuesday at 7 AM and was greeted by Donna, who went above and beyond by offering to cut my bagels when she noticed they weren't sliced. She was very friendly, and her upbeat, friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my morning. Thanks, Donna!
I would give this panera 5/5 I used kiosk to place order so minimal interaction with workers. Food was great like all other paneras. I was getting over a being Ill so I got broccoli cheddar soup, my fave! My daughter got chicken noodle soup, and my sister in law got pick 2 sandwich and soup. Ambiance was normal busy it was around lunch time 1ish. I'd come to this location again.
For me Panera is always consistently good quality and fresh. Love all their sandwiches, soups, and salads. It's not cheap, but quality and taste are the best. Turkey sandwich with avocado, mustard, cheese and onions is so fresh and delicious. The soft bread really makes the sandwich. I got the Autumn squash soup, it's sweet, earthy flavor, a bit savory hits the spot with the baguette. The staff at any Panera has never gotten my order wrong. Can't say that about other fast food chains.
